Following on from their recent league success, Moynalvey under 14’s progressed to the second round of the championship with victory over Clonard in Clonard on Wednesday, May 7th.
Moynalvey 5 – 12 Clonard 1 – 7
A gallant Clonard team put up a good fight but in the end Moynalvey’s ability to score goals proved crucial as they emerged victorious.
Moynalvey will now play the winners of Clann na Gael V Rathkenny in the second round.
