Moynalvey’s under 10 team triumphed in the annual Summerhill tournament with an excellent victory over Blackhall Gaels in the final played last Saturday, September 16th.
On a lovely sunny day, the Moynalvey team displayed great team work and no shortage of skill to dispose of the Gaels by 1 – 7 to 0 – 1 in front of a large crowd at Summerhill. Leading from the off, Moynalvey never let up and were a credit to themselves in what was a very sporting game.
