Moynalvey GFC would like to thank all who attended and took part in our Club Planning Workshop held on Wednesday November 30th. A large crowd was in attendance as the club set about developing a five year strategic plan mapping out the future direction of the club with the aid and guidance of Meath Co. Board Development Officer Mairead Delaney and her two facilitators. The official presentation of hoodies to the Minor Championship Team also took place on the night.
Our club Development Plan will be a practical document outlining the objectives for the club over the next five years. Focus groups will work on developing the club in the following five key areas over the next couple of months with a target of mid/late March for the launch of Moynalvey GFC’s Development Plan, which will be reviewed yearly.
1) Coaching & Games Development.
2) Club Structures & Administration.
3) Finance & Fundraising.
4) Facilities and Development.
5) Communication/PR & Cultural.
