The 2012 Meath Senior Football Championship draw pitted Moynalvey against Donaghmore/Ashbourne in the opening round of Group A, while the group will also see a local derby as the 2011 Senior Champions and close neighbours Summerhill are also included in the group. Following the Junior ‘C’ Championship success in 2011, Moynalvey will open their 2012 Junior ‘B’ Football Championship campaign against St. Marys. While the newly entered third team will play St. Vincents in the opening round of Group D of the Junior ‘D’ Championship.
